The WISE Houston chapter is proud to support WISE Within — the national signature program of WISE — which offers members the opportunity to accelerate professional development by connecting in a one-to-one, goal-focused mentoring relationship.

The benefits of mentoring are countless! Did you know studies show that good mentoring can lead to greater career success, including promotions, raises, and increased opportunities?

Now is the time to grow your network and take advantage of one of the foundational elements that WISE was built upon - mentorship. The WISE Within Mentoring Program can provide you with trusted resources to help unlock knowledge needed to respond to challenges and advance your career.

This year, we are targeting entry-level mentees and mid-career, mid-level and director-level managers as mentors. This is a chance for professionals in the middle of their careers to offer valuable guidance to individuals early in their careers.
